It’s possible to return your NorthLife purchase within 30 days (of purchase) if you don’t like the case or are dissatisfied with the item. You can only return purchases made on the website of

Items have to return in original packaging with any accessories, manuals and documentation (if this was included by purchase). Without any of this we can’t accept the return. Also we won’t accept items that are incorrectly purchased or damage due to negligence or misuse.

To start the process of return, please contact us: We need the following information the speed up the process:

  • Order number
  • Invoice or packing slip
  • Photo or video (if necessary)
  • Contact telephone number and e-mail


It’s not possible to cancel an order that’s already processed and shipped. If not, you can contact as before we ship the purchase: Please fill in the your order number and the reason of cancellation. Purchases will be shipped every office day around 16:00 (except for the holidays).


Refunds will be processed within 14 office days and will be refunded in the same way as paid (iDEAL, creditcard, PayPal, etc.). All refunds are excluded all shipping and handling fees, except for defective items.
