We provide a one-year warranty for every NorthLife product we sell on the NorthLife.nl website. If you think your NorthLife item is broken or has a flaw contact us at sales@northlife.nl and provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip) and additional information like pictures and a description of the flaw. We’ll repair or replace the defective product that was purchased in our store. If the product has been purchased within 14 days the issue will solved by replacing it with a new product. It is not possible to offer a warranty without any proof of purchase.

This NorthLife one-year warranty does not cover damaged that is caused by negligence or misuse of the product. NorthLife is not responsible for damages caused to other devices or products made by third parties.
